Coupe & Cube is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

In plain terms: when you click a buy link on this site and purchase something, the retailer pays us a small percentage. It costs you nothing extra - the price you pay is the same as it would be if you had gone to the retailer directly.

That is the entire business model. There is no subscription, no advertising, no sponsored content and no paid inclusion. If nobody clicked a link, the site would not exist.

• A disclosure appears above the first buy link on every page that has one - not only in the footer, which is where disclosures go to be ignored.
• Every buy button carries `#ad` and a link back to this page.
• Every outbound commercial link is tagged `rel="sponsored nofollow"`, which is how we tell search engines these are paid links rather than editorial ones.
• Links route through a `/go/` address on this domain before reaching the retailer, so the destination can be updated without rewriting a page.

Nothing here is hidden, collapsed, set in gray 10px type, or placed below the fold on a page whose first screen contains a buy button. Those are all real practices in this category and all of them defeat the purpose.

Commission rate has never determined an ordering on this site. No product appears here because of what it pays, and nothing has been moved up a list for commercial reasons.

There is a structural reason that claim is easy to keep: almost everything we link is at the same retailer, so the commission differences between the products on any given page are small or nil. The incentive to game an order barely exists.

We also do not accept free products, sponsored placements or paid inclusion. If any of that changes, how we pick and this page will say so before any recommendation does.

You will not find a number next to any product here. Prices and availability are set by the retailer and change constantly - a figure written into a page is wrong within weeks, and a stale price that looks authoritative is worse than no price at all.

So every price link says Check price on Amazon and opens the current listing. Where we need to indicate where a product sits, we say it in words - entry tier, mid tier, the step up - which stays true regardless of this week's price.

We also never copy a price from another site or a search result and present it as ours. If we cannot verify a number, we do not print it.
